What We Did:

Grand credit card launch at Hilton Chennai with City Union Bank, CSK, NPCI, and partners featuring a hydraulic reveal experience

City Union Bank × Kashi Tamil Sangamam Campaign

Client: City Union Bank

Context:

The Kashi Tamil Sangamam is a unique cultural and spiritual initiative organized by the Government of India, bringing together people from Tamil Nadu to travel across India and visit Kashi (Varanasi).

On behalf of City Union Bank, we conceptualized and executed a special campaign as part of this national initiative to promote financial inclusion and banking awareness.

What We Did

Campaign Concept & Execution

Under the guidance of IIT Madras, we designed and organized a specially branded campaign van that travelled across multiple states as part of the Kashi Tamil Sangamam journey.

The van served as a mobile awareness center, showcasing:

Financial inclusion initiatives of City Union Bank

Awareness programs about cyber security and safe banking practices

Information about various banking services and products.

Launch of the Journey

The convoy began its journey from Tenkasi, Tamil Nadu, starting with a ceremonial visit to the Kashi Vishwanathar Temple in Tenkasi.

From there, the campaign caravan travelled across several states and union territories before reaching Varanasi.

Overview:

Acilut conceptualized and executed the “Great Indian Bapari Festival”, a marketing campaign designed to promote YES BANK’s offerings for the MSME segment.

The campaign aimed to increase awareness and engagement among small and medium businesses by highlighting the bank’s key financial products and services tailored for entrepreneurs.

Samunnati FPO Conclave 2024 — Event & Exhibition Management

Client: Samunnati Agrofinance

Overview:

Acilut conceptualized and executed the “Great Indian Bapari Festival”, a marketing campaign designed to promote YES BANK’s offerings for the MSME segment.

The campaign aimed to increase awareness and engagement among small and medium businesses by highlighting the bank’s key financial products and services tailored for entrepreneurs.

Mandate: Conceptualize, design, and execute the Samunnati FPO Conclave 2024, a large-scale two-day event bringing together Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), agri-businesses, industry experts, and ecosystem leaders.

What We Did

End-to-End Event Design & Management

We managed the complete planning and execution of the event, including exhibition design, stage production, logistics, and participant management.

Large-Scale Exhibition Setup

The event featured an exhibition with 100 stalls, where various organizations showcased agricultural innovations and products.

Our scope included:

  • Stall design and layout planning
  • Exhibition space design and branding
  • Stall setup and exhibitor coordination
  • On-ground management and support for exhibitors
  • One of the highlights of the exhibition was the launch of a new tractor by a participating company during the event.

Conclave & Knowledge Sessions

Alongside the exhibition, a two-day conclave was conducted featuring leaders and experts from the agriculture and FPO ecosystem.

Our responsibilities included:

  • Stage design and production
  • Audio-visual setup and technical support
  • Session management and scheduling
  • Conducting seminars, panel discussions, talk shows, and interviews on stage

City Union Bank × Sunrisers Hyderabad — Official Banking Partner Campaign

Client: City Union Bank

Mandate: Leverage City Union Bank’s partnership with Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) to strengthen brand presence, engage premium customers, and promote key banking products across the IPL season.

What We Did

Elite Meet & Greet Event with SRH Players

We hosted a grand meet-and-greet event for the elite and premium customers of City Union Bank, featuring SRH players Abhishek Sharma, Ishan Kishan, and Harshal Patel.

The players were welcomed with spectacular performances and a grand stage introduction, creating a memorable experience for the invitees.

During the event, the players also participated in the launch of several City Union Bank products, including:

  • Gold Loans
  • MSME Loans
  • Credit Cards
  • Other key banking offerings
  • A lively interactive Q&A session with the players made the event highly engaging for the audience and strengthened the bond between the brand and its premium customers.
  • Stadium Activations – Uppal Stadium, Hyderabad
  • We created an on-ground presence at SRH’s home stadium in Uppal, where we set up a branded stall to engage with match-day visitors.

Activities included:

  • Interactive games and fan engagement activities
  • Distribution of branded merchandise and SRH goodies
  • T-shirts, fridge magnets, and collectibles
  • These activations successfully generated strong fan interaction and a large number of customer leads during the matches.
  • Six TVC Campaign with SRH Players
  • We conceptualized and executed a series of six TVCs featuring Sunrisers Hyderabad players, each focusing on a different product of City Union Bank.
